The checklist
fills itself in.

Every listing turns into a plain list of what's actually required. Mochi ticks off everything your profile already answers, then helps you finish the rest — a reference request you can send in one tap, a work permit form pre-filled, two lines about why you want it.

03 — the parent view

Supervision that isn't surveillance.

A linked parent gets a calendar and an address, not a feed. Everything in the right column is off-limits by design, and your teen can see exactly what's shared.

Questions

How does Mochi stop ghost jobs?+

Every listing carries a reply rate and a median response time, measured from real applications sent through Mochi. Employers who stop answering lose the badge, then fall off the map entirely.

What can a parent actually see?+

Where you applied, when and where interviews are, and shift times they can approve. Never your messages, your drafts or your saved list.

Does it cost anything?+

Free for people looking and for parents. Employers pay to post, which is also why they care about their reply rate.

How old do I have to be?+

Fourteen and up. Accounts under sixteen need a linked parent and only see roles that are legal for their age and hours.
